Description of the Country Home
|
| The Mt. Moriah Tract is +/-268 acres located in Nevada County between Rosston and Prescott. The tract consists of a great blend of upland and bottomland timber stands with lots of timber and open areas and some right-of-ways. Maturing pine sawtimber stands and large oak timber offer great hunting and recreational potential along with immediate timber income potential. The tract has highway frontage and a private gated road into the tract. There are several nice food plots and an established hunt camp-site. |
